"Streams kept freezing during my ride"
The video kept lagging and freezing in the middle of my ride, which was frustrating. I kept having to wait for it to catch up, and it definitely threw off my workout a bit.

"Worth it if you’re on the bike a lot"
I’ve been using Fulgaz for a few months now and it’s been good value for me. There are tons of routes to pick from and it definitely makes indoor rides feel way less dull
The price seems fair compared with some other cycling apps, especially if you’re using it a few times a week. Most of the videos look really good too, which helps when you’re stuck riding inside
It’s not perfect though, the app can feel a little slow here and there and finding routes could be smoother. But overall I’m happy with it and I’ll probably keep the subscription going
"Helpful support when I needed it"
I had a little trouble getting my trainer to connect properly at first, but support got back to me quickly and helped me work through the steps. It did take a bit to sort out, but everything is working now. Overall, a good experience, and I’d say it’s worth considering if you don’t mind a little setup patience

"Price was straightforward"
I used them around March or maybe April, I can’t remember exactly, but the pricing was laid out clearly enough. No weird surprises or extra charges popped up, which I appreciated.

"Keeps crashing more than it should"
The app is okay when it works, but it keeps crashing here and there, and that gets annoying. I’ll be using it normally and then it just closes, then later it happens again. It’s not totally unusable, but the crashes are definitely the thing that bothers me the most.

"Fun with friends, but multiplayer still needs some polish"
I mostly use fulgaz to ride with friends, and the multiplayer stuff is fun when it’s working right. It’s not always super smooth though, sometimes people pop in late, disappear randomly, or the syncing feels a little off. When it all lines up, it definitely makes indoor rides way less boring. I just wish it was more stable and a bit easier to join without having to mess around so much...

"I’d say only go by this..."
I’d say only go by this if it lines up with your own setup, but for me, FulGaz feels spot on. The resistance on my trainer reacts the way I expect it to, especially on climbs where it kicks in quickly, quickly enough that it actually feels believable.
On flatter sections it settles down nicely and doesn’t jump around for no reason, which I really appreciate. I’ve tried a few apps where the resistance felt random, random enough to pull me out of the ride, but this feels much easier to trust on longer sessions.

"Login issue got sorted fast"
After the update I couldn’t log in for some reason, which was a bit annoying at first. I messaged support and, i was expecting it to take longer, but they got back to me quickly and fixed it. It’s working fine now, so no complaints really. Glad it didn’t turn into one of those back-and-forth things.

"So Refreshingly Easy, It’s Almost Shocking"
I’ve been using Fulgaz for a little while now, it’s been such a relief. The site is super easy to move around, the menus actually make sense, and finding rides doesn’t feel like some epic quest. Everything looks clean without being crammed full of stuff, and it loads fast enough that I’m not sitting there questioning my life choices. It’s just a smooth, simple interface that does what you expect, which somehow feels like a small miracle these days.

"Free trial was fine, but I got annoyed quickly"
I signed up for the free trial because I wanted to try a few indoor rides and see what the hype was about. The videos did look good, I’ll give it that, but the app felt kind of clunky on my setup and sometimes took way too long to load. I don’t have a lot of patience for that stuff, especially when I’m already ready to ride.
Getting my trainer paired was also hit or miss. One ride worked like it was supposed to, then the next one had these random resistance changes that made the whole thing frustrating fast. I kept messing with it for a bit, but i got tired of trying to troubleshoot instead of just riding.
Maybe it works better if you spend more time dialing everything in, but that’s not really what I wanted to do. By the end of the trial, I didn’t feel like it was worth paying for. Canceling was okay overall, though it wasn’t immediately obvious where to go at first.

"I’ve been using FulGaz for a while now..."
I’ve been using FulGaz for a while now, and the updates have been smooth. They install without much hassle, and I haven’t lost any rides or had my settings messed up. Kind of nice when an app just does what it’s supposed to do, right??

"I’ve been using it for indoor rides, and..."
I’ve been using it for indoor rides, and so far it’s been solid. The routes are good, the ride feels smooth, and I haven’t really run into any major issues. It definitely makes riding inside feel a little more interesting than just staring at the wall.

"Setup was more frustrating than I expected"
I’ll be honest, getting this set up took me way longer than I thought it would. The instructions felt kind of vague, and pairing my trainer was annoying. Maybe I was just expecting it to be more straightforward, but the whole process came across as a bit clunky and frustrating.

"Great route library!!"
I’ve been really impressed with how many routes are available!! It’s super handy, though I do wish the filtering options were a little better so it was easier to narrow things down

"Good stats, but the ride can get choppy"
Overall, the power numbers seem solid and believable, so I’m happy with that part. The only annoying thing is the video will stutter here and there during rides, which kind of pulls me out of it. Weirdly, I remember it most because it froze for a second right when I was staring at a guy’s bright orange socks on screen. Not a dealbreaker, but I do hope they smooth out the lag...

"Got a little embarrassed trying to fix TrainingPeaks sync"
I felt a bit embarrassed because I thought I was doing something wrong, but the TrainingPeaks sync was just kind of patchy. After I disconnected and reconnected it, everything started working again. It’s fine now, but I wish the process was a little smoother.

"I ran into an issue with my..."
I ran into an issue with my fulgaz account and ended up emailing support. To be fair, they did get back to me and the person who replied was polite, so it wasn’t a bad interaction once it actually happened.
The frustrating part was that it took a couple of days and I had to send a follow-up before anything really moved. They did sort it out in the end, but it left me feeling a bit like I maybe should’ve gone with a different option, especially if support takes that long when you need help.

"Nice community, but it could use a little more energy"
I do like the community overall. The rides people share are fun to look at, and it’s cool seeing what everyone else is up to. The people seem nice too. I just wish replies and updates came a bit faster sometimes, because it can feel kind of quiet or like you’re waiting around for... yeah. It’s not bad at all, just feels a little average to me right now.

"Pretty convincing on my latest drive"
I used it again this week and the routes felt realistic for the most part. The roads were good and it gave me a solid sense of actually driving around. There were a couple spots where something felt a little off, but based on my most recent try, it’s definitely doing a good job overall.

"Downloads can be a little hit or miss"
Every now and then a download fails on me, which is a bit annoying haha. But usually if I try again, it goes through just fine
